Please choose carefully as you are not entitled to a refund because you change your mind.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the DVDs are manufactured faulty. In these extremely rare situations, the manufacturer will inspect the faulty DVD before approving a replacement. All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
All return requests must be made by email. DVDs 'n Such approval must be received prior to returning the item.
You may return, at your expense, most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
We'll send you an RMA return label by e-mail (for you to print off on your printer) if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
We do not offer refunds on opened or defective or damaged items. We will send a replacement once the defective or damaged item is returned. If we are not able to replace the item, a full refund will be issued.
The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). The refund is deposited back into the source used for payment.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the continental United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products. We ship most items by the USPS. Occasionally, for large or heavy items, we may ship using FedEx. When an item has to shipped by FedEx, it must be a physical street address. No PO Boxes, etc.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.
Please also note that the shipping rates for a few items we sell may be weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
